Ingredients
1 sheet of Private Selection puff pastry, thawed
1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the berries, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of the berry mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, creating a square tart.
