These Greek-style meatballs are juicy, flavorful and perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Made with a blend of ground beef and lamb, seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and spices, and cooked to perfection in an air fryer, these meatballs are a delicious addition to any Greek-inspired meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 lb ground lamb

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and cook the meatballs for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • Serve the meatballs with tzatziki sauce and pita bread, if desired.

Notes
