The air fryer was first introduced in the early 2000s and has gained popularity as a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods. It uses hot air circulation to cook food, resulting in a crispy exterior without the need for excessive oil. Chicken strips, a popular snack or meal option, can easily be made in an air fryer, making them a healthier and quicker alternative to deep-fried chicken strips.
