Hash browns have been a popular breakfast dish in the United States since the early 1900s. They were originally created in New York City by a German immigrant who wanted to recreate a dish from his home country. Today, hash browns are a staple in American breakfasts and can be found in many different forms, including shredded, cubed, and patties.

Ingredients
1 bag of Kroger seasoned hash brown shredded potato mix
1/2 cup of water

- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop out the potato mixture and form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Cook for 7 minutes, then flip the patties and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining potato mixture, if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure to preheat your air fryer before cooking the patties.
