Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground lamb
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and cook the meatballs for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
- Serve the meatballs with tzatziki sauce and pita bread, if desired.
