Ingredients
2 medium-sized zucchinis
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut 2 medium-sized zucchinis into small chunks and place them in a food processor.
- Pulse until the zucchini is finely chopped.
- Place the chopped zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped zucchini, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
